Does Estelle's have a private space to reserve?

We do not have a private room, but we are able to close the bar to the public for completely private events depending on the desired date and time frame.

How long can I reserve the space for?

Our private parties are typically three-hour functions, but we are happy to work with you to find the time frame that best fits your occasion.

Question 3

Is there a fee or a minimum to reserve the whole bar for a private party?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we will require a minimum spend amount OR minimum number of drink package purchases, gratuity, and/or a room rental fee depending on the details of the party. Please contact us so we can discuss options and provide more information.

Can I just reserve a couple tables in a non-private setting?

Yes! We are happy to reserve seating during regular bar service, but unfortunately not during happy hour (Mon-Sat 5pm-7pm)

Is there a fee or minimum to reserve seating?

There is no fee and no minimum spend amount to reserve non-private seating at Estelle's.

Do you offer drink packages?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we have drink package options that start at $50 per person and are good for three hours of open bar. 
 
Our packages do not include shots.
 
Parties must choose one package to offer their guests.

Question 7

Can I choose a cash bar for my party?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we can offer a "pay as you go" (cash bar) for your event where all guests purchase their own individual drinks as they go.

Can I cover the cost of drinks for my guests up to a certain amount?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the host is welcome to cover the entire cost or just a portion of the cost of drinks for their guests up to any amount.

Are we required to leave when our reservation is over?

Never! We will open the space to the public after the event, but at no point are you and your guests required to leave.

Do you serve food?

Yes, we have a kitchen and a full menu for regular service as well as a limited late-night menu.

Can I provide my own catering?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can provide your own catering. However, Estelle’s kitchen will be open for the duration of your event and guests can order a la carte.

Can I provide my own decorations?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Please no confetti or glitter of any kind. Please no decorations that require holes in our walls or ceiling.

Can I hire my own DJ?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we are open to hosting DJs during private (closed to public) parties only. Compensation for DJs is the party host's responsibility. DJs must bring all of their own equipment and must adhere to Estelle's audio technical guidelines. DJs must be wrapped up and loaded out by the time frame specified by Estelle's.
